Fatty acid analyzer (edible oil factory)
Product Introduction: The fatty acid analyzer uses gas chromatography and a hydrogen flame detector (FID) to conduct a systematic gas phase analysis o
Product details

The fatty acid analyzer can detect the following types of vegetable oils

1) Soybean oil is mainly composed of linoleic acid 50% -55%, oleic acid 22% -25%, palmitic acid 10% -12%, and linolenic acid 7% -9%. Linoleic acid and alpha linolenic acid are two essential fatty acids for the human body. The content of vitamin E in refined soybean oil is 60-110mg/100g.

2) The composition of fatty acids in rapeseed oil is greatly influenced by climate, variety, and other factors. Rapeseed oil contains a high amount of erucic acid, which may be harmful to health. Its main fatty acid composition is linoleic acid 10% -20%, oleic acid 10% -35%, palmitic acid 2% -5%, linolenic acid 5% -15%, erucic acid 25% -55%, and arachidonic acid 7% -14%.

3) Peanut oil, with a peanut aroma and flavor, can be directly used to make shortening, margarine, mayonnaise, and is also a good frying oil. The fatty acid composition of peanut oil is relatively high, containing 6% -7% long-chain fatty acids, therefore, peanut oil has good oxidative stability.

4) Corn oil, also known as corn germ oil or corn oil, is mainly composed of 55% -60% linoleic acid, 25% -30% oleic acid, 10% -12% palmitic acid, and less than 2% linolenic acid. Corn oil contains high levels of linoleic acid, and its ability to lower serum cholesterol is superior to other oils. Due to the high content of vitamin E in corn oil, its oxidative stability is also good.

5) Sunflower seed oil is one of the few high linoleic acid oils, so some people classify it as a "health and wellness oil" along with corn oil. Its main fatty acid composition is linoleic acid 65% -78%, oleic acid 14% -17%, palmitic acid 6% -8%, stearic acid 2% -3%, vitamin E content of 100mg/100g, and chlorogenic acid. It has good oxidation stability, but it is not suitable for use alone in fried foods.

6) Olive oil is the juice obtained by directly pressing fresh olives and separating the water from it. The content of monounsaturated fatty acids is over 80%, and the ratio of essential fatty acids linoleic acid to linolenic acid is 1:4, which is in line with the human body's standards for fat intake and beneficial to human health, especially heart health. According to the investigation of the World Health Organization, Greece, which uses olive oil as its edible oil, has a very low cardiovascular system and cancer incidence rate.

7) Tea oil is a high-quality edible oil extracted from the seeds of oil tea. Tea oil is rich in vitamins E, D, K, and carotenoids, with an unsaturated fatty acid content of up to 85% -97%, higher than that of olive oil. Tea oil also contains tea polyphenols and tea saponins, which have significant effects on reducing cholesterol and fighting cancer

The GC2010 gas chromatography system is a chromatographic analysis system launched by Tengzhou Zhongke Spectral Analysis Application Research Institute, mainly used for the analysis of vegetable oil products, identification of vegetable oil products, and gas chromatography detection of various oil product blends. Traditional edible vegetable oils include peanut oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, rapeseed oil, and cottonseed oil; In recent years, the new edible oils available on the market include safflower oil, sunflower seed oil, camellia oil, corn germ oil, mustard seed oil, olive oil and blended oil, among which blended oil can be divided into many types according to the variety of mixed oil.
